Make Money Selling Fillers to Magazines
Selling letters, tips, opinion pieces, recipes and jokes to the ever increasing selection of magazines and newspapers is an excellent way to boost your income. Demand for fillers is high, and with many editors accepting email submissions, and many publications paying over £20 for a short paragraph or photograph, selling fillers can be easy money.
Browsing the magazine shelves will give you an idea of how many publications pay for their reader interaction, with magazines on every subject imaginable - parenting, fishing, relationships, health and nutrition, the list goes on. Women’s magazines pay especially well, with many devoting several sections to their reader contributions.
PICK ME UP pays £15 for every letter they print, £25 if accompanied by a photograph.
TAKE-A-BREAK pays £30 for household or garden tips, £60 if accompanied by a photograph.
CHAT pays £25 for amusing photographs, £15 for tips, £65 if accompanied with a photograph, and £25 for letters they publish.
